PROMOTION PERIOD

•    The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM (EST) February 15th, 2010 and shall end at 11:59 PM (EST) March 14th, 2010, unless earlier terminated by Sponsor (the "Promotion Period”).  

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

•    The Promotion is open only to those that are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of such age as constitutes the ‘age of majority' in Participant's jurisdiction if greater than 18) who hold a valid www.bodog.com, www.bodog.ca or www.bodog.co.uk player account  (including an accurate, functioning e-mail address) ("Account”) and who play Poker (free or practice play excluded) and earn Poker Points during the Promotion Period.

•    During the Promotion Period, there will be weekly draws, followed by one Grand Prize draw.  For the purposes of the Promotion, a "week” is 12:00 AM EST Monday until 11:59 PM EST Sunday.

•    Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Promotion, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related) of those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.  

•    By participating, Participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

HOW TO WIN

GRAND PRIZE
 
•    Over the course of the Promotion Period, Participants that have cashed in three (3) "Sit and Go” tournaments (excluding heads up, beginner tournaments, and Double Up tournaments) will earn one Ballot for the Grand Prize draw.

•    Participants can only earn one Grand Prize Ballot.

•    At the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor shall randomly select one winner from all Grand Prize Ballots.  Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw.

WEEKLY PRIZE

•    To be eligible for the weekly prizes, Participants will have to play in five (5) "Sit and Go” tournaments (excluding heads up, beginner tournaments, and Double Up tournaments) during the applicable week, to earn one Ballot for the Weekly draw.  

•    Participants can only earn one Ballot for a Weekly draw.

•    At the conclusion each week during the Promotion Period, Sponsor shall randomly select one (1) winner from all Ballots for that week's draw.  Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw.

ENTRY TO FREEROLL

•    Over the course of the Promotion Period, Participants that have cashed in three (3) "Sit and Go” tournaments (excluding heads up, beginner tournaments, and Double Up tournaments) will earn entry into one (1) of the two (2) Sports Fantasy Freeroll tournaments (the "Tournaments”).

•    Participants can only earn one freeroll entry, and it must be used on the day of the tournament.

•    Prize money distribution will be based on the number of players, as per the usual multi table tournament prizing structure.


PRIZES

•    Grand Prize. Coach class Airfare, Accommodations, Transportation, and Tickets for Two (2), to all of the following: the Superbowl, one game of the NBA finals (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), one game of the World Series Finals (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and one game of the Stanley Cup Finals (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  Winner will also receive $500 spending money for each trip.  Approximate total prize retail value: $26,000

•    Weekly Prizes. Coach class Airfare, Accommodations, and Tickets for Two (2), to one of the following (in Sponsor's sole discretion): US Open, UFC (event to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Nascar (event to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), March Madness game in 2011 (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate retail value: $1,500.

•    Freeroll Tournament: The "Tournaments” are two Sports Fantasy Freeroll Tournaments being conducted on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 1:05 and 2:05 respectively.  Players who qualify will be allocated into one or the other tournament depending on the final digit of their account number. 

•    Prize winner and guest must room together and travel together on same itinerary and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo ID) prior to departure. Prize winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older.

•    Prize winner is responsible for meals, taxes, gratuities, other ground transportation and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. Travel arrangements are to be determined and are subject to availability and some restrictions may apply.

•    All dollar values herein refer to US Dollars.  Winners responsible for all applicable taxes and fees, if any.  Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except as Sponsor may elect to permit in its sole and absolute discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value, which value shall be determined in Sponsor's reasonable discretion. 

WINNERS

•    Potential winners' eligibility shall be verified by Sponsor prior to the declaration of a winner's status.  Potential prize winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release within seven (7) calendar days after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. 

•    Winners will be contacted within seven (7) days by either telephone or email by a customer service representative of Sponsor or Sponsor's designee.

•    Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent that his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively, the "Releasees”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or participation in this Promotion, or any Promotion- or prize-related activities and (b) winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the perpetual, worldwide right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Winners may be required to be photographed with representative(s) of Bodog and provide Bodog with a quote containing their true thoughts about Bodog and the Promotion.  Any such meeting with Bodog representative(s) for the stated purposes will be arranged with the winner(s) by Bodog at a mutually convenient time and place, and the reasonable cost (as solely determined by Bodog) of a winner's attending the meeting will be borne by Bodog. This quote and/or photo may be used (but Bodog will be under no obligation to do so) on the above and/or Bodog web sites and/or in newsletters and/or press releases (or as otherwise solely determined by Sponsor) concerning the Promotion.  Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising from or related to the Participant's participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of Prizes.  Any Prizes that are furnished as Casino Chips shall be deposited directly into the winning Participants' Casino Account.  Prizes may not be immediately withdrawn from the Participant's Account; Prizes that are Casino Chips will be subject to the following rollover requirements: 20 x the Prize in the Casino per Prize dollar.  For the purposes of the foregoing "rolled over” means that the Participant's total betting action must be equal to the amount deposited as the Prize multiplied by the multiple identified above.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, Casino Chips cannot be used to play Craps, Sic Bo or Roulette.  If a withdrawal is made before the prize terms are met, all bonus funds in addition to any money earned by wagering the Prize will be forfeited.

Disclaimer Of Warranties: Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize, or portion of any prize, furnished in connection with the Promotion. If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a manner determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, time permitting.  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of prizes.  Only the stated prizes will be awarded.  Sponsor shall have the right to terminate or amend the Promotion or the Promotion rules at any time in its sole discretion.  Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion without further obligation and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received. If for any reason the Promotion, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Participant or its designated agents deemed responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, with appropriate alternate method of prize award selected.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize.   Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.  WARNING:  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry.  The "Authorized Account Holder” is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
